Payment Options
Insurance
- As a courtesy to our patients, our office will submit insurance claims on your behalf. We are happy to provide insurance benefit estimates when available; however, these are not a guarantee of payment.
- Insurance benefits are a contract between you and your insurance carrier. While we are happy to assist with claims submission, payment for services is ultimately the patient’s responsibility, regardless of insurance coverage or reimbursement.
- Any portion not covered by insurance, including deductibles, copayments, or plan limitations, is the responsibility of the patient. Final coverage decisions are made by your insurance carrier after services are completed.
- For patients without insurance, we offer a dental savings plan.
Payment for Services
- Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods. For more extensive treatment, a treatment plan and financial arrangements will be discussed in advance.
Payment Authorization
- By providing a credit or debit card, you authorize our office to charge the card for any outstanding balance after insurance processing, in accordance with our financial policy.
